The machine was completely re-engineered by C&B to face grind push rod seats. At the test run-off of the machine on our floor, it was producing 4118 parts per hour!

This machine was integrated with a part feeder that leads parts into the pockets and a coolant nozzle that sprays parts out of the carrier for unloading, making this a fully automated system.

C&B Machinery Model CB2H-SA-30-B

Previously a Besly DH-6 Rotary, C&B completely re-worked the front knee to create a machine similar to our popular swing arm style grinders. New large diameter precision ground, preloaded ballscrew. 30 HP spindle motors. Automatic grinding wheel dress cycle. Updated controls system. New heavy-duty wheel guard with pneumatic lift assist.
